Complaints
If you have a complaint about Special Choices please see our procedure
• Please speak to a member of the management team about your complaint:

• A member of the management team will arrange a meeting to formally speak to you about the complaint.
• We will then conduct an investigation into the complaint.
• If your complaint involves an individual, we arrange a meeting to speak to them.
• All relevant information will be collected to help us with us investigation into the complaint.
• We will then arrange a meeting to inform all involved of our findings and inform them of our resolution. If those involved are not happy with the resolution, we will ask for their opinion on how they would like the complaint resolved. We will do our very best to resolve the complaint.
The complaint will be written down and filed securely away when resolved.
